Hi there! I just wanted to share a bit of feedback. I come to Hook & Reel almost every week and always order a seafood boil. I really enjoy the food and the service is always great—thank you for that! One thing I’ve noticed, though, is that the sauce blend in the seafood boil isn’t always consistent. Sometimes there’s a lot, sometimes just a little, and sometimes it seems like there’s barely any at all. I completely understand charging extra for additional sauce, but it feels a bit frustrating when the initial amount isn’t consistent. Maybe using a standard scoop or measurement could help keep it consistent each time? I really do love coming here, and I just wanted to share that feedback since everything else is always on point. First time going, it was on a Saturday evening. We were placed on a waiting list which we only waited half the time, that was great. The greeter was very polite and welcoming, and remembered my name when we returned. Anthony was our waiter, he was also polite, respectful, good vibe and attitude while working. He got our order correct and was ensuring we were well taken care of. The overall experience was satisfying and we would go back again. We recommend others try this place too.

By Far the BEST SEAFOOD BOILS in town. Even my 2 year old enjoyed it. Definitely camping back all the way from the westside, we hope you open one like this on that side of town.

The seafood was excellent. They bring it in a bag to your table, and they open it in front of you. It had lots of shrimp, crab and mussels in a delicious sauce of your choice, together with corn on the cob and potatoes. They provide gloves and a bib so you dont make a mess.

Authentic Cajun food! This place puts crab station to shame. Service, atmosphere, and food, all superb. Anthony was super attentive and make our experience great! Sangria was not the best but everything else was absolutely perfect! Best boil in El Paso for sure!
